I wish I was good at fighting games so I could play him more. The only critique I'd have is the scalpel looks a little odd being bent that much. I'm assuming you were going for an in motion kind of look. Some speed effects might help like lines or a blur on one side.

she's really cute. the bows are a nice addition. the spiked teeth are interesting at well. makes her more unique.
